With the acquisition of the majority of shares in Innochem NV, the STOCKMEIER Group is continuing its expansion course in Europe. The Bielefeld-based family business is not only strongly represented in its home market of Germany, but also in Spain, France, Benelux, Switzerland, Austria and Central Eastern Europe. With Innochem NV the existing Belgian market will now to be further developed.
